Service Description
These one-on-one sessions are for anyone ready to move with purpose, reconnect with their body, and feel supported every step of the way. Whether you're a complete beginner, returning from injury, or simply craving personalised guidance, private sessions offer a safe, focused space to build strength, mobility, and confidence—at your pace, in our Studio. Each 60-minute session is tailored to meet your unique needs and stage of life. We'll combine movement styles that best serve you—Pilates for core strength and control, yoga for flexibility and grounding, and barre for posture, tone, and endurance. You’ll learn how to move more efficiently, breathe more deeply, and build a stronger, more resilient body from the inside out. These sessions are especially supportive if you’re: -Navigating midlife changes and seeking balance -Recovering from injury or managing chronic pain -New to movement and wanting to build confidence -Looking for gentle but effective strength and mobility training -Wanting private support before joining group classes -Reconnecting with your body after time away from exercise Sessions are available in my calm, fully equipped home studio or in the comfort of your own home. I provide all the necessary equipment, including mats, bolsters, bands, blocks, and more—you just bring yourself. (If practicing regularly, I do recommend purchasing your own mat for hygiene and consistency.) My approach is supportive, encouraging, and rooted in deep respect for your body’s journey. There’s no pressure to perform or keep up—just mindful movement that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with strength, clarity, and ease.
