Lani Rasmussen O’Brien is a passionate health and wellness professional dedicated to helping women live strong, vibrant, and confident lives at every stage. With qualifications as a Nutritionist, Pilates Instructor, Barre Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Aerobics Instructor, and Personal Trainer, Lani brings a wealth of knowledge and decades of experience to her clients.

Her journey into Pilates began in a deeply personal way. After breaking her back in three places at age 44, Lani turned to Pilates for rehabilitation and recovery. What started as a necessity quickly became a calling.  Not only did she regain strength and mobility, but she also witnessed how Pilates transformed her body, posture, and confidence. This lived experience gives her a unique understanding of resilience, recovery, and the power of mindful movement.

Having worked with individuals across the UK, USA, and Australia, Lani specialises in supporting women, particularly those navigating the transitions of pre- and post-menopause. She understands the profound impact that hormonal shifts can have on the body, mind, and overall wellbeing. Through a combination of tailored movement, nutrition, and supplementation, she empowers women to age with grace, strength, and vitality.

With more than 10,000 hours of research and hands-on experience in diets, nutrition, vitamins, and supplements, Lani is committed to evidence-based approaches. She knows that modern food often lacks the nutrient density our bodies need, and she guides her clients in using strategic supplementation to restore balance, support recovery, and optimise performance.

Whether in the studio, the gym, or through one-on-one consulting, Lani’s mission is to help women unlock their body’s full potential — building strength, protecting bone and joint health, and maintaining energy for the lifestyles they love. She embodies the active, fit lifestyle she teaches, from diet to daily training, and inspires others to embrace movement as a lifelong practice.
